好象养老金有三种，CPP，OAS 和 GiS。OAS，只要连续住满１０年就有资格领取，但必须每年在加拿大住满半年。但住满２０年的人，就随便去世界那里都可以从加拿大领钱了。
Max GIS for single, $652.51 per month, for couple(each) $430.90 per month. The Max CPP a Canadian can get $908.75 per month. A single Canadian who gets full CPP with no other income will get GIS of $198.51 per month, a couple who both get full CPP with no other income will get GIS of $0.
OAS是少住一年, 少1/40. Max OAS is $516.96 per month. $516.96/40 = $12.924 per month = $155.08 per annual. If life expectation is 80年, 155.08 per annual * 15年 = $2326.32 = RMB￥14,000. This is 海归一年 pension 的成本。
简单计算一下海龟与否的区别。一种case，其他类推。
1) A Canadian redneck, John Smith, lives and works in Canada for whole life.
His wife Mary Smith, does not work for life.
At 65, Smiths will get max CPP of $908.75 for John, max OAS for both $516.96*2=$1033.92, GIS of $ 203.90 for each, $203.90*2= $407.8
Total for Smiths:$2350.47.
2) A Chinese Canadian, Frank Li, lives and works in Canada for 10 years, and China for 30 years.
His wife Cathy Li, does not work for life.
At 65, Lis will get about CPP of $227.19(Frank works in Canada for 10 years, about ¼ of max CPP), OSA of $129.24*2=$258.48(10/40 of 516.96 for each), and GIS of $374.90*2=$749.8(Frank gets some CPP, so Lis can not get max GIS).
Total for Lis: $1235.47.
The difference between Smiths and Lis.
$2350.47-$1235.47=$1115
Life expectation in Canada is about 80, 15 years after 65.
And Lis lives and works in China for 30 years, so the monthly saving for the difference between redneck and fake Canadian should be $1115*15/30 = $557.5, As of today, $557.5 = RMB3624.87.
3)有一个纯中国爷们儿，王老五，在北京工作，北京的单位给他上养老保险，工资的28%,单位负担20%,个人8%.上养老保险和加拿大一样也有上限，好像是平均工资的三倍． 2008年北京职工人均年工资44715 (网上查得)，合3726.25每月，3726.25*3=11178.75，11178.75*20%=2235.75．（当然王老五月工资应高于 11178.75，单位也遵纪守法交保险）另外王老五每月要在工资里被扣11178.75*8%=894.3的个人部分．2235.75＋894.3＝3130.05．
所以fake Canadian在中国工作，中加两个系统下每月的差为：RMB3624.87－3130.05＝RMB494.82．
至于拿了cash RMB3130.05是存起来，还是吃了，喝了还是爽了，就up to fake Canadian了．
