美国:E-3签证申请程序

Step 1

Search and apply for job opportunities in the United States. The first step in applying for an E-3 visa is to seek employment with a United States-based company. One of the easiest ways to apply for job opportunities in the United States from overseas is by using job search engines, such as Indeed.com, CareerBuilder.com, SimplyHired.com, and Monster.com.

Step 2

Receive an offer of employment from a U.S. company. Be sure that the offer is in writing, such as in an email or in a letter. If possible, request a letter copy of your offer of employment from the U.S.-based company. And get Form ETA 9035 or Form ETA 9035E (forms that your employer received on your behalf from the U.S. Department of Labor).

Step 3

Find and locate the nearest United States embassy, consulate or diplomatic mission in your area to apply for an E-3 visa. To locate a U.S. embassy, consulate or diplomatic mission near you, see the resources section for a listing of the website address of all U.S. Embassies across the world.

Step 4

Complete the Online Form DS-156, Application for a Nonimmigrant Visa, on the U.S. Department of State's homepage. For application lodged in Canada, use Online Form DS-160. To go to this page, see the resources section. Once you complete the online form, the form will be converted to a printable PDF; print out the PDF.

Step 5

Complete the fillable Form DS-157, Supplemental Nonimmigrant Application Form (in PDF), and print out the completed form.

Step 6

Submit hard copies of your completed Forms DS-156 and DS-157, your E-3 application fee, and Form ETA 9035 or Form ETA 9035E (forms that your employer received on your behalf from the U.S. Department of Labor) to the U.S. Embassy in your location to schedule a nonimmigrant visa interview. In addition, you must provide documents supporting your academic credentials (educational documents), and proof that you do not intend to illegally immigrate to the United States before a visa interview can be scheduled.

Step 7

Attend and pass your nonimmigrant visa interview at the U.S. Embassy in your location. Upon passing your interview, your E-3 visa will be issued within a few business days. Once you receive your visa, you can arrive in the United States as an E-3 visa holder.
